GENERAL faqs

 
  • Most definitely! I understand investing in a custom-designed website is a huge deal, so I have established different payment plans depending on the length & size of your project. All services require a 50% deposit fee that needs to be paid up front in order to secure your booking & the remainder 50% can be paid on the end date or when the project is completed.

  • I believe in a strategic process in designing websites & mini branding, therefore I do not design just a “logo”. If you’d like to build a brand for your business, I would love to recommend my favorite creatives who design brands professionally.

  • Absolutely. You must have all content necessary for the project ready to go by our agreed upon start date unless discussed prior. Failure to do so could result in rescheduling the project to a later date and/or restart fee.

  • All deposits are non-refundable as it is my way of securing your spot in the queue. Scheduling ensures that I give all of my clients the proper amount of time that a project deserves. As a result, I turn away clients for your reserved time slot. The deposit ensure that clients are serious about moving forward with their project.

  • I usually book about 5-6 weeks in advance, so I would recommend getting in touch with me as soon as you start thinking you need a website well before your deadline.

  • Majority of my websites are built on Squarespace. I believe Squarespace is the best platform for most small-to-medium sized businesses. It is absolutely functional, flexible & mobile friendly platform. It is easy to learn & edit within minutes for anyone.

  • I will soon be designing websites on Showit! This platform is super easy as you need 0 coding experience & you would literally drag & drop your content! COMING SOON!

  • No. For hosting, you will need to purchase Squarespace hosting plan (I recommend the Business Plan or higher) separately &we go through process when you are ready to launch your site.

    For domains, you will need to purchase that & provide me with the permissions to access the account (if you don’t purchase domain through Squarespace).

  • Every website package, I will upload upto 5 blog posts & 10 products if included in the site design & discussed earlier. If you need more formatted, the work will be quoted on an hourly basis OR you can hire me for a VIP DAY.

  • No. I am in charge of the design, the look & feel of your website visuals. However, I can recommend you some amazing copywriting businesses if you need help. Please let me know during our consultation.

  • While I do provide complimentary 10-day support & videos post launch, but if you’d like some retainer work & maintenance, I offer ongoing services on a monthly basis. We can discuss this during our consultation call.

  • I have included basic SEO that is setup to optimize your website to the best of my ability. Writing for SEO is not included in my package so I would recommend getting in touch with an SEO expert. Squarespace also offers expert services.
